Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees.
Is there a refund policy?

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free tier requires no payment details. Enter your card only when you decide to upgrade to Pro.
What does "unlimited sessions" mean?
Pro users can start as many practice sessions as they want each week — no weekly quota. Free users are limited to 3 sessions per week (resets every Monday).
What professional topics are included in Pro?
Pro includes job interview simulation (with a question bank covering SQL, data pipelines, cloud/DevOps and soft skills), data architecture discussion scenarios (Databricks, Delta Lake, medallion architecture), and HR behavioural interview practice (STAR-structure coaching).
Is my audio data stored?
No. Audio is processed in real time for transcription and pronunciation scoring, then discarded. Only text transcripts are stored. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What languages can I practise?
Currently: English (focus), Spanish, German and Serbian. Additional languages are in development.
